Our Privacy Commitment
VoxInvoice is offline-first. Your business data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly choose cloud features in a paid tier.
Privacy isn't an afterthought for us — it's a core design principle. We chose to build an offline-first application specifically so that your sensitive financial data stays under your control at all times. This policy describes how Codesign FZ-LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with VoxInvoice.
What We Don't Collect
For users of the free, offline version — we have zero access to your business data. We can't see it, we can't recover it, and we certainly can't sell it.

- Your client information
- Your business details
- Your payment records
- Your receipt images
- Any data you enter into the application
Your data stays on your device. We cannot see it, access it, or recover it.
What We May Collect
We only collect information you actively choose to share with us — like your email when you sign up for updates.
Email Address (Optional)
Only if you choose to request a download link, subscribe to product updates, or contact us for support. We use it solely for these purposes.
Basic Analytics (Website Only)
Our marketing website may collect anonymous, aggregated stats — page views, country/region (not precise location), device type, and referral source. We use privacy-respecting analytics and do not track individual users across the web.
Cloud Sync Users (Paid Tiers)
If you upgrade to a paid tier with cloud sync, we store your account credentials (email, encrypted password), your business data (encrypted in transit and at rest), and sync metadata. This is necessary to provide the sync functionality you opted into.
How We Use Your Information
Simple rule: we use your info only for what you gave it to us for. Nothing more.
We use information to
- Send you the download link you requested
- Provide customer support
- Send product updates (if you opted in)
- Improve our website and marketing
- Provide cloud sync services (paid tiers only)

Codesign FZ-LLC is based in the United Arab Emirates. If you're accessing VoxInvoice from outside the UAE, any information you provide (such as your email) may be transferred to and processed in the UAE.
