Terms of Service

The ground rules for using VoxInvoice. We've kept it clear and fair — no hidden catches, no surprising clauses.

You Own Your Data

Everything you create in VoxInvoice belongs to you. Always.

Use It Freely

Use VoxInvoice for personal or business purposes. No restrictions on how many invoices you create.

We're a Tool, Not Advisors

VoxInvoice helps you create invoices — it doesn't replace a tax professional.

By downloading, installing, or using VoxInvoice, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the application.

By using VoxInvoice, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these terms
  • Will use the application in compliance with applicable laws

Fair Use

Use VoxInvoice responsibly. Here's what's not allowed.

You agree not to:

Your Data & Responsibilities

You own everything you create. But you're responsible for keeping it safe.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter — invoices, expenses, client information, and business details. It's yours, always.

For the free, offline version: your data is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We cannot recover lost or deleted data. We recommend regular exports using the built-in backup feature.

Data Accuracy

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. VoxInvoice is a tool to help you create invoices and track finances — it does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Intellectual Property

We own the app. You own what you create with it.

Our Property

The application — its code, design, logos, and documentation — is owned by Codesign FZ-LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to everything you create using VoxInvoice — invoices, reports, and any other content.

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the application, you grant us the right to use that feedback without compensation or attribution.

Tax & Legal Compliance

VoxInvoice is a software tool. It does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice. Tax calculations and features are provided for convenience only.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring your invoices comply with local laws and regulations
  • Calculating and remitting correct taxes
  • Maintaining proper financial records
  • Consulting qualified professionals for tax and legal matters

We do not guarantee that the application's tax features are accurate, complete, or current for your jurisdiction.

Important Disclaimers

We provide VoxInvoice “as is”. We do our best to make it great, but we can't guarantee it's perfect.

Warranty Disclaimer

The application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of results. We do not warrant that the application will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that it is free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codesign FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, or damages arising from your use or inability to use the application.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or AED 100 (approximately USD 27), whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codesign FZ-LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the application, violation of these terms, violation of third-party rights, or violation of applicable laws.

Third-Party Services

VoxInvoice may integrate with or suggest third-party services (payment processors, email providers, etc.). We're not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

Updates & Changes

We'll keep improving VoxInvoice. We'll let you know about meaningful changes.

Application Updates

We may release updates that add, modify, or remove features. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.

Terms Updates

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via notice in the app, email (if we have yours), or on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination

You can stop using VoxInvoice anytime by uninstalling it. Simple as that.

By You

Uninstall the application from your device at any time. No cancellation process needed.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, your license to use the application ends. Export any data you wish to keep before uninstalling. Provisions that should survive termination (disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification) will survive.

Disputes & Governing Law

These terms are governed by UAE law. We prefer resolving disputes through good-faith conversation first.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
